Provide Qurbani and nutrition to hungry families in need this Eid al-Adha.

It’s nearly that time of year again when we honor Allah’s (SWT) grace and mercy with Qurbani.

Unfortunately, for many families in poor regions of Africa, West Asia, and East Asia, nutritious meat for Eid al-Adha is hard enough to find – much less an animal zibah.

Your generous donation to One Ummah Foundation will, inshallah, allow us to distribute meat to needy families in places like India, Somalia, Malawi, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Togo.

When we launched One Ummah Foundation in 1999, we knew countless children around the world needed immediate resources like clothing, food, physical schools to learn, and financial support to ease their burden. Many children in Yemen, West Africa, and Asia are forced to work in manual labor to put food on the table when they should be learning in schools.

We can’t solve the political or economic crises that contribute to starvation and poverty, but we can use your Zakat-eligible donations to make life a little easier for Allah’s (SWT) most vulnerable children.

1.8 billion Muslims around the world will honor Eid al-Adha this July. In the spirit of the holiday and Ibrahim, it is our duty as an Ummah to help put food in the mouths of the 2 billion people suffering from food insecurity.

Here’s a snapshot of what we managed to accomplish last year, alhamdulillah:

  • 78 cows to poor slums in South Asia

  • 4 cows to underdeveloped regions in West Africa

  • 14 goats to impoverished communities in Somalia

  • 1 camel to a poor slum in Somalia

As no stranger to big goals, we hope to exceed our assistance this Eid al-Adha, inshallah. That’s why we’re pleased to announce our 2020 program prices. Your Sadaqah or Zakat could directly provide animal zibah to families in need around the world:

India: Cows $160 each

  • Somalia: Sheep $100 each

  • Bangladesh: Cows $700 each

  • Togo: Cows $700 each

We plan to focus heavily on the most impoverished regions of Somalia this year with Qurbani:

  • Camels: $800 each

  • Cows: $500 each

  • Goats: $100 each

  • Sheep: $100 each

Every year, our generous donors follow this tradition of providing valuable nutrition to the neediest homes in the world. You don’t have to purchase an entire animal – even a $25 share can make a huge impact.

You can bring joy to a family on the occasion of Eid al-Adha with a simple donation or recurring Sadaqah. Poverty doesn’t disappear after the holiday season. That’s why we’re pleased to now offer Daily Sadaqah billed monthly so you can donate continuously and anonymously.

Give the blessing of sharing meat this Eid al-Adha and honor Islamic tradition with an instant donation.
