One Ummah Foundation recently provided direct cash assistance to 20 Muslim families in Gaza who are facing extreme hardship due to ongoing conflict and displacement. This support enabled families to buy food, medicine, and daily necessities according to their most urgent needs. Cash assistance restores dignity by allowing parents to make choices for their households while helping local markets survive under severe pressure. For many families, this aid meant the difference between hunger and survival.

Winter Relief for Displaced Muslims in Northern Gaza

As brutal winter storms struck the Northern Gaza Strip, displaced Muslim families living in temporary camps faced life threatening cold conditions. To protect them, OUF distributed 100 winter blankets to families affected by the storm. These blankets provided essential warmth, especially for children, women, and elderly individuals who are most vulnerable during harsh weather. Winter relief is a critical form of emergency aid for displaced Muslim communities lacking proper shelter.

Winter Blanket Grants Across Muslim Communities

OUF winter blanket grants extend beyond Gaza to serve Muslim populations in multiple regions. Blanket distributions were carried out for Rohingya Muslims in Bangladesh, families affected by poverty and cold weather in Swat Pakistan, and vulnerable Muslim communities in Hyderabad India. These initiatives ensure that Muslims facing seasonal hardship are not left exposed to freezing temperatures. OUF responds wherever need is greatest, regardless of borders, uniting the Ummah through compassion and action.

Supporting Muslim Orphans in Uganda

In Uganda, One Ummah Foundation supported a local Muslim orphanage by purchasing essential food supplies including rice, cooking oil, bread, tea leaves, and Blue Band. This support ensured regular meals for children who rely entirely on the orphanage for care and stability. During the same mission, one child required urgent medical treatment due to a serious head and eye injury. OUF arranged immediate medical care, and the child has since made a full recovery. This reflects how timely intervention can save lives.
