Ramadan Commitment in Action: One Ummah’s Mission to Feed Every Fasting Family

While many of us prepare our Iftar tables with comfort and ease, thousands of families around the world face a different reality. For them, the question each evening is simple and painful: Will we have anything to break our fast with today?

This Ramadan, One Ummah Foundation has intensified its efforts to ensure that no fasting family is left behind.

Reaching the Most Vulnerable Communities

On Sunday, a major Iftar food distribution was successfully carried out, reaching some of the poorest Muslim families across multiple villages. With careful planning and a strong commitment to impact, food packages were delivered to hundreds of households.

The distribution included:

• Trea Village – 300 packages for 300 families
• Jiah No. 1 Village – 70 packages for 70 families
• Jiah No. 2 Village – 70 packages for 70 families
• Wial Wong Village – 70 packages for 70 families
• Biam Jiliang Village – 70 packages for 70 families
• Cherdial No. 1 Village – 80 packages for 80 families

In total, 660 families received essential Ramadan food support—enough to help them prepare proper Iftar meals and observe their fast with dignity.
