Yemen remains at the epicenter of one of the world's worst humanitarian crises. With famine and malnutrition devastating more than half of the country's 30 million people, families struggle to survive each day without access to food. The burden of hunger weighs heavily, forcing parents to make impossible choices, feeding their children or going hungry themselves. In these dire circumstances, One Ummah Foundation (OUF), in partnership with the Yemen Relief & Reconstruction Foundation (YRRF), has remained steadfast in delivering vital food aid to those who need it most.

During Ramadan, a time of reflection, generosity, and faith, OUF extended its support to some of Yemen's most vulnerable families. In Almahweet, 250 food baskets were distributed, ensuring that those living in some of the hardest-to-reach areas had enough to eat. In Sana'a, 50 families received food baskets delivered directly to their homes, allowing them to break their fasts with dignity. The efforts continued in Amran, where 100 families received vital food supplies, and in Hudaydah, where an additional 100 baskets helped provide relief to those enduring the daily struggle against hunger.

For families trapped in the cycle of poverty and conflict, these food distributions offer more than just sustenance, they restore hope. A single food basket can mean the difference between hunger and stability, allowing children to eat a proper meal and parents to focus on rebuilding their lives.
